To preserve the data on the drive with the deleted files, all recovered files must be saved to another storage device or another drive letter in the system. Do not download the software to the drive that you want to recover and do not try to save the files back to the drive that you want to recover from.

PHOTORECOVERY PNY Edition photo recovery software is easy-to-use application that recovers images, movies, sound files and other popular file types from all types of digital media, also supports all RAW files and HD Video. Also included are utilities that allow you to safely format and wipe media cards. Compatible with all types of digital media including Memory Stick, SmartMedia, CompactFlash, all types of SD cards, XD cards, MMC, USB flash drives and any other type of flash storage media. PHOTORECOVERY PNY Edition supports all major camera manufactures including, Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Sony, Kodak, Casio, Panasonic, Samsung, Fuji, Minolta, Pentax, Leaf, Hasselblad, Sigma and many more. File formats supported include MOV, AVI, ASF, M2TS, MOD, WMV, MP4, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, PNG, CRW, CR2, NEF, ORF, SRF, PEF, DNG and all other types of RAW images currently in use. Audio file formats include, WAV, MP3, AIFF, MIDI, M4A, M4P, WMA and others. As soon as new file types are released, they are immediately added to the file signature database to insure compatibility with all current file types. Simply attach the media to your computer (a card reader is recommended) and run PHOTORECOVERY. The files are automatically saved to a folder on your hard drive. Should your PC not be able to recognize the device your are trying to recover from, LC-Technology has experienced technicians who can perform a physical recovery at one of their data recovery centers.
To retain the warranty status of your device, you should ensure that the service provider you use provides you with written verification, on its company letterhead, that it has performed data recovery or other services on your product. In all other instances, PNY’s warranty is void if a returned flash product exhibits a defect attributable to misuse or tampering, improper installation, alteration or to other causes as specified in our warranty policy.
